Cream cheese dip with tuna fillet

300 g cream cheese

2 pieces of spring onions, cut into small pieces

150 g tuna fillet

1 tbsp lime juice

3 tbsp ginger mango sauce

½ bunch of chives, cut into small pieces

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 Echalote, finely chopped



1- Heat the butter in a pan. Add the garlic, echalote and spring onions, sauté for 2 minutes.

2- Add the tuna fillet and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add lime juice, stir, remove from heat and allow to cool.

3- Put the cream cheese in a bowl, add the mixture, chives and ginger mango sauce. Stir well, serve immediately.
