The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place in Germany (Germany)
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We send our goods with DHL. The delivery time is 2 to 4 days.
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of:
4.99 € for a 2 kg package (up to 6 glasses).
€ 5.99 for a 5 kg package (up to 12 glasses)
8.49 € for a 10 kg package (up to 20 glasses)
Deliveries abroad:
For shipping outside of Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of:
€ 13.99 for a 2 kg package (up to 6 glasses)
We send our goods to these countries:
France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland,
Netherlands, Portugal
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 4 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
