Peanut mustard sauce
Nutty, sweet and mild
The peanut is very popular in West Africa, whether raw, roasted, cooked or in paste for the sauce. The peanuts are often mistaken for a nut, but in reality they are like the beans of a legume. Peanuts are an excellent source of vegetable protein. This creation is inspired by the famous Mafé - Peanut paste sauce consumed across West Africa.
Our delicious peanut mustard sauce creation that we offer can be enjoyed directly with a side dish, for example with rice, potatoes, pasta, or you can use it as a base for the mafé and cook fish, meat or vegetables in it! But it can also be used wonderfully for dipping or as a spread.
The peanut mustard sauce is mixed with peanut paste, mustard, diced onions, celery, peanut oil and other spices, for a new taste favorite from West Africa.
